Job Summary: We are looking for a highly driven Digital Marketing & Client Strategy professional who can manage end-to-end digital growth initiatives for both client and internal. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Performance Marketing (Google & Meta), Social Media Strategy, Client Management, and Data-Driven Decision Making.
This role requires a blend of execution excellence, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Growth Strategy
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure achievement of performance goals such as ROAS, CPA, Revenue Growth, Lead Generation.
- Develop channel-specific growth strategies based on client objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for efficiency and scale.
- Work closely with design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives and landing page recommendations.
- Ensure proper implementation of tracking, attribution, and reporting frameworks.
2. Client Management & Strategic Consulting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client business goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).
- Present performance reports, business insights, and strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
- Translate marketing performance into business outcomes and actionable growth plans.
- Build strong client relationships and maintain high client satisfaction levels.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and additional service offerings.
3. Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Own monthly and quarterly social media content calendars for both client and internal brands.
- Translate business and brand objectives into platform-specific content strategies.
- Identify content pillars, themes, formats, and storytelling opportunities that drive engagement, reach, and brand recall.
- Develop integrated content strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
4. Content Execution & Brand Building
- Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Write compelling captions and copy aligned with brand voice and communication guidelines.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, content creators, and founders for content development.
- Manage the execution of reels, carousels, static creatives, short-form videos, and thought leadership content.
- Ensure timely publishing and content consistency across all channels.
5. Website Management & Conversion Optimization
- Coordinate with internal teams and developers to manage and optimize client and company websites.
- Ensure website content, landing pages, banners, and promotional campaigns are updated regularly.
- Monitor website performance metrics including traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and user engagement.
- Identify opportunities to improve website user experience (UX), customer journey, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with design and development teams for implementation of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) initiatives.
- Manage SEO best practices in collaboration with content and technical teams.
- Analyze website performance using GA4, Search Console, and other analytics tools to generate actionable recommendations.
6. Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers, creators, and industry thought leaders.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including outreach, negotiations, briefing, execution, and reporting.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, content creators, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Track influencer campaign performance including reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Ensure brand alignment and compliance across all influencer collaborations.
- Identify co-marketing and partnership opportunities that enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Maintain an influencer database and benchmark influencer performance across campaigns.
7. Community Management & Engagement
- Monitor comments, direct messages, mentions, and audience interactions across social platforms.
- Build meaningful engagement with followers, creators, partners, and industry communities.
- Maintain and strengthen brand voice across all public interactions.
- Support reputation management and escalate critical issues when necessary.
8. Analytics, Reporting & Insights
- Track and analyze key performance indicators including:
- Reach
- Engagement Rate
- Saves & Shares
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Follower Growth
- Lead Generation
- Conversion Metrics
- ROAS & CPA
- Create dashboards and reports using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta, and Google Ads platforms.
- Derive actionable insights rather than relying on vanity metrics.
- Share weekly performance reviews and optimization recommendations.
- Present strategic recommendations based on performance data and market trends.
9. Trend & Market Intelligence
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and new content formats.
- Monitor competitor activities and benchmark performance against industry standards.
- Identify opportunities to leverage new channels, content formats, and growth tactics.
- Recommend innovative strategies to improve brand visibility and performance.
10. Team Leadership & Process Excellence
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Review campaign quality, reporting accuracy, and content effectiveness.
- Establish SOPs and best practices across digital marketing functions.
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of all client commitments.
