RealVibe is looking for an experienced Campaign Manager / Performance Marketing Specialist** who is passionate about driving measurable business growth through high-performing digital campaigns.
What You'll Do:
✅ Plan, manage, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads & Taboola
✅ Scale lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns
✅ Monitor and improve key metrics like CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR & Conversion Rate
✅ Conduct A/B testing and optimise campaign performance
✅ Manage advertising budgets and deliver actionable insights
✅ Collaborate with creative, content, web, and client servicing teams
We're Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in Performance Marketing & Paid Media
✔ Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
✔ Experience managing lead generation campaigns and advertising budgets
✔ Strong analytical mindset with excellent optimisation skills
✔ Experience in Real Estate Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
