Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager, located in Delhi. The individual in this role will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing web traffic, and optimizing strategies for engagement and lead generation. The role involves managing social media channels, conducting market research, and tracking the performance of marketing initiatives. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to promote Aimlay’s educational offerings and drive brand awareness in the edtech and education sectors.
Qualifications- Minimum 7 years of experience of running online lead generation (Google /Meta)
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation strategies
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles and tools
- Experience with Web Analytics and the ability to interpret data for campaign improvements
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop engaging content
- Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and deadlines
- Familiarity with the edtech or education sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
