🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications
• Architect scalable and maintainable systems (frontend + backend)
• Mentor and guide a team of developers through code reviews, best practices, and career growth
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization
• Drive adoption of modern technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices
• Manage technical debt and continuously improve system architecture
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Expertise in NodeJS is a must

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in frontend technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Strong experience in backend development (Node.js, Java, Python, or similar)
• Proficiency in REST APIs / GraphQL
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of system design and architecture
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
