We are hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our growing delivery team at Customizo. This role focuses on building robust ServiceNow solutions, particularly in Customer Service Management (CSM), across the wider platform.

Key responsibilities include:
- Owning server-side and portal development
- Managing integrations and ensuring code quality

What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 2 years focused on CSM
- CSM Implementation Specialist certification and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Strong skills in scripting, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub/REST
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is a plus
