About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our eCommerce, ERP, and Managed Services business units targeting the US market. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end demand generation, executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, strengthening brand positioning, and generating qualified sales pipeline through data-driven marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer with deep experience in B2B SaaS and IT Services marketing, capable of collaborating with global sales teams while executing high-impact campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
Develop and execute GTM strategies for B2B SaaS, ERP, eCommerce, and Managed Services solutions targeting US-based customers.
Build product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation aligned with business objectives.
Drive successful product and service launches across global markets.
Demand Generation
Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital channels.
Build and optimize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for enterprise customer acquisition.
Generate qualified marketing pipeline through inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.
Work closely with Sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
Content Strategy & Sales Enablement
Develop content strategies supporting every stage of the buyer journey.

Product Collateral
Sales Presentations
Email Campaigns
Webinars
Equip Sales teams with effective enablement materials to improve deal conversion.
Marketing Analytics & ROI
Track campaign performance across all marketing channels.

Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
Pipeline Contribution
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)
Lead Velocity
Utilize CRM and analytics platforms to optimize campaign performance and marketing ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales Leadership, Product Teams, and Business Heads to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.
Participate in regular coordination meetings with US-based stakeholders.
Ensure marketing initiatives directly support sales objectives and business growth.
Mandatory Requirements
Experience
12–15 years of dedicated experience in B2B SaaS and IT Services Marketing.
Demonstrated stability in career history with no excessive job-hopping.
Proven experience marketing to the US market.
Hands-on ownership of end-to-end marketing strategy and execution.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
