We’re Hiring: Team Leader – Senior Full Stack Developer (Part-Time | Remote)

🕒 Working Hours: 5 Hours/Day

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Senior Full Stack Developer to lead our development team while actively building and maintaining scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP/Laravel and modern front-end technologies.
• Lead and mentor Full Stack and Flutter developers.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable code.
• Plan, assign, and oversee development tasks to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage source code repositories, server stability, backups, and application security.

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development with strong expertise in PHP/Laravel.
• Proven experience leading development teams.
• Good understanding of Flutter integration.
• Strong knowledge of web security, databases, Git, and project management tools (Jira/Trello).
• Must not be based in Cairo or Alexandria.
• Previous experience working on interactive live session/live streaming platforms is mandatory.
