Key Responsibilities
- Review business and functional requirements and prepare comprehensive test scenarios.
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Integration, System, and UAT Testing.
- Validate REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.
- Log, track, and verify defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, UI/UX Designers, and Product Owners to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Execute database validation using SQL queries.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing for web applications.
- Ensure software releases meet quality standards before deployment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Solid experience in Manual Testing.
- Good experience with API Testing using Postman.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Automation Testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.) is a plus.
- ISTQB Foundation Certification is a plus.
- Experience in ERP, Enterprise, Digital Transformation, or Government projects is highly preferred.
