🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end product development and delivery for enterprise applications
Manage cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, Business Analysts, and Support Engineers
Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize backlog, and define user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, release planning, and ensure timely product delivery
Mentor engineering teams through technical guidance, code reviews, and best engineering practices
Ensure adherence to development standards, testing, version control, and CI/CD processes
Manage application support, production issues, SLA adherence, and continuous process improvements
