We're hiring a Middle Golang Developer to join our engineering team and help us build backend systems that scale, perform, and last.
What you'll be doing:
-Designing and building scalable, well-tested Golang microservices
Working closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions.
-Leveraging AI-powered dev tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) to ship faster and smarter
-Participating in architectural discussions and code reviews
-Integrating data storage solutions and cloud technologies
-Writing and maintaining technical documentation
-Staying ahead of both traditional and emerging backend best practices
What we're looking for:
✅ 3+ years of backend engineering experience
✅ Strong proficiency in Go concurrency, performance, clean architecture
✅ Hands-on experience with AI coding agents in your daily workflow
✅ Good understanding of developer prompt engineering
✅ Deep knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems
✅ Strong expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP
✅ Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
✅ JavaScript knowledge (React, Vue, or Angular is a plus)
✅ English Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
✅ Independent, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments
Bonus points if you have:
⭐ Experience integrating AI features into real products
⭐ Performance profiling and bottleneck elimination experience
⭐ Hands-on Kubernetes experience
⭐ Knowledge of ELK / Prometheus & Grafana
⭐ Experience with message brokers Kafka or RabbitMQ
⭐ CLI AI agent experience
