Mandatory Skills:
✅ Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js
✅ Proficiency in Next.js (App Router, Server Components)
✅ JavaScript (ES6+) & TypeScript
✅ Experience with SSR, SSG & ISR
✅ REST API development & integration
✅ PostgreSQL/MySQL
✅ State Management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API)
✅ Git and modern development workflows

Good to Have:
✔ Tailwind CSS / CSS-in-JS
✔ Authentication (JWT, OAuth)
✔ Docker, Vercel & CI/CD
🎓 Qualification: B.Tech / MCA
