Mithila Softech is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team.

🏠 Work Mode: Remote
🕐 Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (IST)

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications
• Build reusable components and APIs
• Collaborate with product and design teams
• Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices
• Debug production issues and optimize application performance
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Contribute to technical planning and architecture

Requirements:
• 3+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
• Frontend experience with React, Vue or Angular
• Backend experience with Node.js (Express/NestJS) or similar frameworks
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB
• Strong understanding of REST APIs; GraphQL is a plus
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure is a plus
• Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Nice to Have:
Next.js, Redux/RTK Query/Zustand, Docker, CI/CD, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or experience in EdTech, Healthcare or SaaS.
