Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 6 month of sales experience who can manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate will be experienced in leveraging multiple outreach channels such as Email, LinkedIn, and Telecalling to generate leads, nurture relationships, and convert them into opportunities. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate lead data and tracking conversions using spreadsheets or CRM tools.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through Email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and Telecalling.
  • Qualify and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain and update lead databases, spreadsheets, and trackers with accurate and timely information.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly Quotas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success) to ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to onboarding.
  • Track, analyze, and report lead conversion metrics to optimize performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in using Email, LinkedIn, and Telecalling for lead generation and sales outreach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and analyzing data using Google Sheets / Excel.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (like; Zoho, or Freshworks) is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving measurable results.

Working Days- 6 (5 days Work from office)
