What you'll do:
• Build backend services using Java (Spring Boot) or Go
• Design scalable REST APIs and work across a microservices architecture
• Solve real engineering problems involving concurrency, distributed systems, and event-driven workflows
• Write clean, testable code and own features from development through production
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build the core platform
What we're looking for:
• 1–2 years of backend development experience
• Strong fundamentals in Java or Go, SQL, REST APIs, and data structures
• Someone who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership, and thinks beyond the happy path
