Glint Tech Solutions, a women-owned and global staffing partner, is seeking a skilled and passionate Android Developer to join a dynamic product engineering team crafting high-performance, modern mobile experiences for enterprise and consumer audiences across the United States.

Location: Onsite – CA, WA, NY, NJ (local candidates only)
Rate: Competitive – W2
Visa: All visas welcome

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD
● Design and develop robust, scalable Android applications using Kotlin
● Build and maintain RESTful API integrations for seamless backend
connectivity
● Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend
engineers to deliver polished user experiences
● Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following Android
best practices
● Conduct thorough code reviews and uphold team-wide engineering
standards
● Optimize application performance including memory management, UI
rendering, and battery efficiency
● Implement and support CI/CD pipelines for Android builds and
deployments
● Ensure app security compliance and data privacy standards across the
product
● Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently
● Stay current with Android platform updates, Jetpack libraries, and
emerging mobile trends

WHAT YOU BRING
● Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development
● Solid experience building and shipping consumer or enterprise Android
applications
● Deep understanding of Android frameworks — Jetpack Compose, Room,
LiveData, ViewModel, WorkManager, etc.
● Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs
● Familiarity with Android Studio, Google Play Console, and app release
processes
● Understanding of MVVM, MVI, or similar architectural patterns
● Experience with version control using Git
● Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
